Croatian Foundations is available to book by email. Other course outlines and the career development service describe upcoming offerings that are not yet bookable.
There is no checkout or automatic booking confirmation on this website. An email inquiry opens a discussion of availability; your booking is confirmed only when Petra accepts it in writing. Viewing the website or using a free sample activity does not create a paid service contract.
Booking terms, the complete payable amount, and any applicable taxes will be confirmed before purchase. No accreditation, employment result, or language proficiency outcome is promised.
02 / DELIVERY
Online delivery
Croatian lessons are live online sessions, priced at USD 50 (US dollars) for two hours. The date, start time, time zone, meeting platform, individual or group format, and any included materials will be agreed and confirmed in writing before payment. Any applicable tax and the complete payable amount will be confirmed before purchase; no undisclosed fees will be charged.
The format and deliverables of career development advice will also be specified before booking. Services will be delivered online; there are no physical products to ship.
The date, time zone, meeting link, and agreed lesson details are provided for each confirmed booking. No physical goods are shipped.
03 / REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
A fair policy for both sides
This policy applies to confirmed paid Croatian Foundations lessons. Where a mandatory consumer right provides a more favorable outcome, that right takes priority.
At least 24 hours before the lesson
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without charge, subject to availability. Notice is measured against the start time and time zone stated in your booking confirmation.
Less than 24 hours before the lesson
You may choose one free late reschedule per student, or a 50% refund. After the free late reschedule has been used, later cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice receive a 50% refund. A replacement date must be agreed within 30 days; if no mutually suitable date is available, you receive a full refund for that unused lesson.
Missed lessons & emergencies
A missed lesson without notice is normally non-refundable because the time was reserved for you. Contact Petra as soon as possible if illness, an emergency, or a serious connection failure prevented attendance; one replacement lesson may be offered without charge. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights.
If Petra cancels or cannot deliver
You may choose a full refund or a replacement lesson. If a lesson is cut short by a problem on the provider's side, the remaining time will be delivered without charge, or the undelivered portion will be refunded, at your choice. No processing fee is deducted from refunds.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason. This right takes priority over the cancellation fees above. If you expressly request lessons to start during that period, you may owe only a lawful proportionate amount for services actually provided before withdrawal. The right ends after full performance only if the required express consent and acknowledgment were obtained. No automatic waiver is assumed.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email petraflpvc@gmail.com, or call or text +971 52 553 5199, identifying your name and lesson date. An unequivocal request is sufficient; no special form is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the cancellation or entitlement being established, or sooner where required by law. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded in full.
For complaints about a delivered service, contact Petra so that a reasonable remedy, replacement, or appropriate refund can be considered. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights relating to services that were not delivered as agreed.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Course payments & separate gifts
Bookings for Foundations are arranged by email. Course fees are intended to be processed through Stripe-hosted checkout when payment setup is complete. No active payment link or checkout is connected to this website yet. The price for a Croatian lesson is USD 50 for two hours; programme length and the full payable amount will be confirmed before purchase.
Throne is a separate creator gifting platform. Any future Throne gift would be voluntary and would not pay for a lesson, reserve a course place, or provide educational access. No Throne wishlist is connected here. Throne transactions are governed by Throne’s own terms; the lesson refund policy applies to purchased educational services.

Petra Filipovic is the contact responsible for handling inquiries about these services. You can reach her at petraflpvc@gmail.com or +971 52 553 5199. This website has no inquiry form, mailing-list signup, student account, payment form, or analytics scripts added by the site owner.
The sample activity and quiz run in your browser. Answers are not sent to Petra or stored by this website. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure the website under its own terms.
If you contact Petra by email, phone, or text, the information you provide, such as your name, email address, number, and inquiry, is used to respond and discuss the service you requested. It is not used to enroll you in marketing. Email, telephone, and messaging providers process communications under their own privacy terms.
Booking inquiries may include your name, contact details, time zone, learning goals, and preferred lesson times. These details are used to answer your request, arrange sessions, and administer an agreed service. Where relevant privacy law applies, processing is based on steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in administering the service. Please do not send sensitive identity documents or payment-card information. Unconverted inquiries should be deleted within 90 days after the last contact unless needed to resolve a complaint; booking records may be retained for applicable accounting or legal requirements. Email and video-call services may process information under their own terms; the meeting service is confirmed before booking. Contact Petra to request access, correction, deletion, or to raise an objection where those rights apply. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. International-transfer arrangements, if required for the services used, must meet applicable privacy requirements. No payment card details are collected by this website.
